This page gives us the opportunity to introduce contributors to our website.
John and Rachael Moyers founded the Rocky Mountain Quartet Convention in 1995, a natural outpouring of John's lifelong love of Southern Gospel music, rooted in his childhood in the Ozarks.  John introduced Rachael to the tunes of The Blackwood Brothers and other reknowned quartets during their courtship, and their two lovely daughters learned to harmonize with their father throughout their growing years.  Today, along with Larry Plooster, they form the Southern Gospel quartet 'Starlight', an apt name chosen by Rachael.

Mark Moyers contributes to the family efforts both in Denver and in his home state of Missouri.  He is committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, using his talents and skills to develop, maintain, and design promotional materials and the website. Mark's wife is Christi and daughter is Taylor. Taylor is their only child until next year when they gain a son-in-law, Dylan Portell. Taylor will be graduating from college in the fall of 2012 before getting married and beginning her masters degree pursuit. "I thank my loving family for all of their support and taking good care of me. We attend New Heights Church in Farmington Missouri and welcome anyone to visit that is in the area."
NOTE FROM JOHN: Mark's work as a pharmacist takes him into correctional institutions (and right back out again.) This versatile and modest young man also assisted in the development of his new church by building an architectural scale model of it.
